Great day out!Dear Sizzlers, Asado Learning Day dates are Saturday 4th of May and Saturday 25th of May at Woodland Valley Farm Ladock, Cornwall. Come and build fires from scratch, learn how to slow grill a whole lamb Gaucho style on the Argentine across, whole rib eye, rump, whole Asado de tira fore ribs, chickens, sweetbreads, chorizo, morcilla with a few surprises thrown in.
